ELLIOTT SPRINGS PARKS

WDSLA worked with Elliott Homes and Wood Rogers to develop improvement plans for Elliott Springs; a fully entitled, 3-phase, master planned community with 651 proposed homes, in Elk Grove, CA.

The landscape scope of work for this project includes development of Park Master Plans, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Bidding and Construction Services for Lots G, GG, and K parks. Lot G Park covers a total of 5.5 acres, with Lot GG and K parks each being less than an acre in size. Construction Documents are currently underway with construction planned during the summer of 2023.
