WDSLA completed landscape design and construction documentation for a new 148 lot residential subdivision
at Serrano Village 6 in El Dorado Hills, CA.
The scope of work included the development of Landscape Construction Documents to obtain building permit approval for the project. The project included design of landscape and irrigation for all public perimeter streetscape frontage areas and medians along both Sienna Ridge Drive and Bass Lake Road, Phase 2 water quality basins, Phase 2 ‘native transition’ area to Bass Lake, Phase 2 entry extension at Bass Lake Road, as well as privately maintained gated
entries and interior landscape of both phases.
